  • Quaboag Valley CDC and Southern Worcester County CDC offer classes and a program called Small Business Technical Assistance. Services provided include: Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Plan Preparation. These services are provided to Experienced, Star-ups or Pre-venture businesses with fewer than 20 employees through funding acquired from Federal Mini grants and USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant program. If you would like Technical Assistance for your small business, please contact Maryann Kania, email: mkania@swccdc.net or for more information: www.swccdc.net SWC CDC includes the seven communities of Charlton, Douglas, Dudley, Oxford, Southbridge, Sturbridge, and Webster. The purpose of the SWC CDC shall be to improve the quality of life in the 7 communities of Charlton, Douglas, Dudley, Oxford, Southbridge, Sturbridge, and Webster by undertaking projects that address economic, environmental and social needs of the residents while enhancing the community's physical image and fostering a sense of regional pride.
